Founded in 1830 at the foot of the Pyrenees mountain range, the Laulhère House started manufacturing quality French berets and basque berets in 1840. To craft these exceptional products, one needs to assemble high-quality, carefully selected materials with skilled craftswomen and craftsmen rigorously trained in the arts of knitting, fulling, felting, dyeing, and many more rare skills closely associated with the ancient art of beret making.
Laulhère’s care for tradition and authenticity earned them the prestigious Origine France Garantie (Certified French Origin) and Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) official labels in 2013.

How To Wear a Laulhère Basque Beret ?
The Basque Beret is traditionally worn on the top of one’s skull. To properly adjust your beret, carefully manipulate it by its leather sweatband and place it comfortably on your forehead, temples and occipital.
