Unfortunately, carrier strikes may impact supply and delivery operations. We therefore ask for your indulgence and understanding if the delivery of your purchases is delayed.
Canada
Henri Henri Ltée offers a rate of $20 CAD + Taxes for deliveries across Canada. Deadlines are usually between 1 and 5 business days. Exceptions may occur if you live far away.
United States
Henri Henri Ltée offers a rate of 40$ CAD + Taxes for deliveries throughout the United States. Deadlines can range from 1 to 4 weeks. Exceptions may occur if you live far away.
RETURNS
Henri Henri Ltée does not refund or remit money. An exchange or credit note will be honored under the following conditions:
- the returned item has a manifest manufacturing defect that was not identified at the time of purchase. Henri Henri Ltée reserves the right to assess and determine whether the defect in question is of this nature;
- the returned item was purchased as a gift in the absence of the recipient of the returned item and the size of the item is not satisfactory;
- the item is returned within 30 days of purchase;
- the returned item has no traces of use. It is understood that any traces of wear or use are automatic grounds for refusal of return;
- if you are not able to show up in-store to make an exchange or return, all shipping costs resulting from the exchange or return will be at your own expense.
Henri Henri Ltée reserves the right to judge whether an exceptional situation requires an intervention that deviates in whole or in part from the return policy mentioned above. If you wish to challenge the decision of Henri Henri Ltée, please contact [email protected]
Procedure in case of return
If you fulfill the conditions presented above, bring together the unworn hat with its tags, proof of purchase and its box if applicable.
Please leave your name and information in the box so that we can contact you if necessary, as well as a mention of your choice between an exchange or a store credit. In the case of email messages with us, you can add our communications printed out to ensure smoother follow-up.
In the case of an exchange, please also attach to your shipment the name of the model, the colour and the size of the hat you want to exchange your first purchase for. If we do not have it in stock when we receive your package, we can agree with you on another colour or another model to send you instead. As a last resort, we can give you a store credit note while waiting for the item you have chosen to come back in stock. The credit has no expiration date and can be used whenever you want, just contact us or come to the store so we can complete the transaction for you.
Please note that there is a $20 fee for mailing the new hat anywhere in Canada.
We will contact you to proceed with the exchange and payment of the shipping fees by phone with credit card.
