The Open Road 5 Vented Straw Hat is a summer cowboy hat with a robust, firm finish that allows it to follow you on your great outdoors escapades. It is made of shantung straw, a starchy reed that grows in the pacific islands surrounding Japan, Indonesia and the Philippines. 

The Open Road 5 Vented Straw Hat is decorated with a slim grosgrain band, itself adorned with a metallic Stetson brand pin. It is also fitted with a comfortable sheepskin leather sweatband that helps prevent perspiration stains in the straw. Its wide brim provides shade and UV protection, while its tall and vented Cattleman crown keeps you cool and comfortable.
